PT Dunia Express Transindo (DUNEX) is one of the first eleven companies appointed by the government to operate Bonded Logistics Centers (PLB) in Indonesia. This initiative was officially launched by President Joko Widodo on March 10, 2016.
Our operational activities are based on SKEP No. 416/KM.4/2016 and have been updated through SKEP No. 200/WBC.09/2023, serving up to 14 destination companies for goods release.

- Faster Container Release: Container release procedures from Tanjung Priok Port are faster compared to general import processes (BC 2.0).
- Deferral of Import Duties and Taxes: Payment of Import Duties and Taxes on Import-Related Activities (PDRI) is made when cargo is released from the PLB, not upon arrival at the port.
- Efficient Cargo Release: Goods release process from the PLB facility is faster compared to Bonded Warehouses (GB).
- Storage Duration up to 3 Years: Cargo can be stored within the PLB facility for up to three years.
- Simplified Logistics Activities: Permitted activities include repacking, marking, and labeling within the warehouse.
Warehouse Management System and Real-Time Reporting
Warehouse operations are supported by a Warehouse Management System (WMS) with barcode technology to ensure data accuracy. This system provides real-time inventory data outputs, can be integrated with customer systems, and offers dashboard reports on goods movement, stock levels, and truck positions that customers can monitor directly.
Fleet and Distribution Support
To support distribution activities, DUNEX PLB operates a dedicated fleet of over 1,000 trucks of various types, ranging from Colt Diesel Engkel (CDE) to large-capacity transporters. Our fleet is ready to serve delivery routes throughout Indonesia.
Standardized Security and Compliance
DUNEX PLB holds Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification. This recognition from the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) confirms our compliance with international security and operational standards.
