October 30, 2023, PPLBI organized a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) titled "Bilateral Facilities: Enhancing Government & Industry Partnerships". The event was attended by stakeholders from USDFS (including Surveyor Indonesia, Directorate of Customs and Excise Information (IKC) DJBC, Directorate of Customs Technical Affairs DJBC, Directorate of Customs Facilities DJBC, National Single Window Institute (LNSW), Directorate of Metal Industry at the Ministry of Industry, and USDFS-using importers).

In this spirited event, we were honored to feature three distinguished speakers in the panel discussion:

1. Mr. Panca Putra Jaya (Head of Goods Classification Sub-Directorate, Directorate of Customs Technical Affairs, DJBC RI) and his team.
2. Mr. Dedi Abdul Hadi (Head of Partnership Sub-Directorate, LNSW) and his team
3. Mr. M Ikbal Sobari - (Strategic Business Division for Government and Institutions, Surveyor Indonesia) and his team.
